Dr. Miranda - Neuroscientist

"I help high-performers untangle their tired brains."

From the Lab to Your Life.

I bridge the gap between complex neuroscience and your daily reality.

If you're here, you're likely looking for answers. You might be feeling worn out, under-challenged, or simply "not yourself," and you want someone you can trust to help you navigate it.

Why trust me?

I hold a PhD in mental wellbeing neuroscience from UNSW & Neuroscience Research Australia. My career hasn't just been about observing brains in a lab—it's been about designing and assessing interventions that actually change lives.

My background is built on rigorous evidence. I spent 4 years in academia designing programmes that help people recover their cognitive function. Now, through Enquicken, I bring that same scientific rigour directly to you.

The "Hidden" Problem

Most people think that inability to concentrate, poor organisation, and hyper-focus are exclusively ADHD traits. But chronic stress and burnout create almost identical symptoms.

This mimics a neurotype, but it's actually a nervous system injury. Misidentifying it keeps you stuck.

  • Treating Burnout like ADHD can lead to stimulant reliance that further drains your reserves.
  • Treating ADHD like Burnout can lead to "rest cures" that leave you under-stimulated.

Why I created the Attention Audit

Despite these critical distinctions, no clinical tools existed to help high-performers untangle them quickly.

I created the Attention Audit to fill that gap. It is an evidence-informed tool designed to help you understand if your symptoms are likely caused by burnout, ADHD, or both, so you can stop guessing and start taking the right action.
